Re: PENRY THOMAS Deceased NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that any persons having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of Penry Thomas late of 23 Bryn Meadows, Newtown, Powys who died on 29th October 2022 and Grant of Representation having been issued by the Harlow District Probate Registry on 24th January 2024 to the Executors Geraint Huw Thomas and Joyce Elizabeth Thomas are hereby required to send particulars in writing of his claim or interest to Milwyn Jenkins Solicitors of Cranford House, 1 Severn Square, Newtown, Powys SY16 2AG, the Solicitors for the Executors on or before the 27th April 2024 after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the said Deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interest of which they shall then have had notice.
