Premises Licence ApplicationAn application has been made by the following to Crawley
Borough Council as the Licensing Authority for the area.
Name of applicant: McDonald’s Restaurants Ltd to the
Licensing Authority for the Borough of Crawley for the
grant of a premises licence in respect of: Name and address
of premises: McDonald’s Restaurants, Gatwick Road,
Crawley, RH10 9BG. The application includes proposals to
carry on :- Late Night Refreshment on Mondays to Sundays
from 23:00 until 05:00. The full application can be viewed
at the offices below during normal office hours by
appointment only from Monday to Friday. A summary is
available on crawley.gov.uk. Licensing Section, Crawley
Borough Council, Town Hall, The Boulevard, Crawley,
RH10 1UZ. Responsible authorities or any other person
may make representation in writing on or before, in writing
to the Team Leader, Health Safety and Licensing, Crawley
Borough Council, Town Hall, The Boulevard, Crawley,
RH10 1UZ no later than 12th April 2024
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false
statement in connection with an application, and the
maximum fine for which a person is liable is unlimited on
summary conviction for the offence.
