Name of Deceased: Sai Mun Lam
Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925 any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of the aforementioned deceased late of Oakview Lodge, Princes Avenue, Welwyn Garden City AL7 4DT (formerly of Flat 4, 40 Maple Road Surbiton, Surrey KT6 4AB) who died on 26 February 2023 are required to send particulars thereof in writing to the undersigned solicitors on or before two months from the date of this publication after which date the Estate will be distributed having regard only to the claims and interests on which they have had notice.
