Notice
The Trustee of the ISS UK 2016 Pension Scheme (the ‘Trustee’) hereby gives notice, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Scheme is to be wound up with effect from the 20 March 2024. The Trustee of the Scheme wishes to trace all former members of the Scheme and their beneficiaries who are entitled to benefits under the Scheme and who have yet to be contacted in relation to the transfer of their benefits out of the Scheme to Smart Pension and the subsequent wind up.
If you were an employee of one of the companies listed above and were a member of the Scheme and you have not received written communication regarding the transfer and the wind up referred to above, you should contact ISSUKPensions@uk.issworld.com no later than 2 months from the date of this notice.
After that date, the Scheme will be wound up and the Trustee will have no liability to any person claiming an entitlement but who has failed to notify the Trustee before that date. If you are seeking to claim an entitlement you should provide full details of your name, address, date of birth, National Insurance number, and periods of employment, together with all documentation supporting your claim.
