Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925 any persons having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of aforementioned deceased, late of 25 Redwood Road, Liverpool, L25 2QR, who died on the 24th September 2023 are required to send particulars thereof in writing to the undersigned Brown Turner Ross Solicitors of 11 St Georges Place, Lord Street, Southport PR9 0AL, Reference: 2023/15702 on or before the 9th April 2024, after which date the Estate will be distributed having regard only to claims and interests of which they have had notice.
