Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 27 Trustee Act 1925 that any person having a claim against or interest in the estate of Donald Stuart Calton late of 90 Greenings Court, Warrington, Cheshire WA2 7GH who died on the 06 February 2023 is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his or her claim or interest to Bowsers Solicitors of 10 Market Square March Cambridgeshire PE15 9JQ Reference AUC/CAL0001/002 and to send such particulars not later than 29 March 2024 after which date the estate will be distributed between the persons entitled thereof having regard only to the claims and interest of which the Solicitors have had notice and will not as respects the property so distributed be liable to any person of whose claim they have not then had notice.
