Notice under Trustee Act 1925
Re: Mr John Ellis Jones Deceased
Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925 any persons having a
claim against or an interest in the Estate of John Ellis
Jones late of 2/3 Fronheulog, Tregarth, Bangor, Gwynedd,
LL57 4RD who died on the 28th day of January 2023
are required to send particulars thereof in writing to the
undersigned on or before the 23rd February 2024, after
which date the estate will be distributed having regard only
to the claims and interests of which they have then had
notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the deceased
or any part of them so distributed to any person or persons
of whose claims or demands they have not had notice.
