Opening of the Last Will and Testament
On 14 October 2023, the following person died in St. Gallen (Switzerland):
Peter Jackson, born on 28 August 1934 in Mytholmroyd (UK), of Widnau (Switzerland), married, having resided at Krüzmäderstrasse 18, in 9443 Widnau (Switzerland).
The decedent left a last will and testament in respect of his entire estate. Since other than his wife, there are no known legal heirs, this notice is being issued to inform them of the last will and testament. Any descendants or statutory heirs who are lineal descendants of the decedent’s parents are entitled to inspect the last will and testament at the Notary’s Office Buchs, Bahnhofstrasse 2, 9470 Buchs SG, Switzerland, and may request a copy of same provided they show proof of their entitlement to inherit.
Parents: Albert Jackson, born around 1898, died around 1985 in Yorkshire (UK) and
Annie Elizabeth Jackson née Taylor, born on 28 August 1899, died around 1998 in Yorkshire (UK)
The persons appointed as heirs in the last will and testament will be recognised as heirs if the legal heirs do not lodge an objection to their recognition within the meaning of Article 559 of the Swiss Civil Code (Zivilgesetzbuch – ZGB) at the notary’s office within a time limit of one month from the date of publication of this announcement.
