NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925
BUT Retirement Benefits Scheme
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 27 (1) of the Trustee Act 1925 that the Trustee of the BUT Retirement Benefits Scheme ("Scheme") is going to be winding up the Scheme. Members of this Scheme are employees and former employees of Aviagen Turkeys Limited, which was formerly known as British United Turkeys Limited.
If you believe that you are a member entitled to benefit under the Scheme, or that you are a spouse, civil partner, child or dependant of a deceased member of the Scheme who is entitled to benefit under the Scheme, and you have not recently received an announcement from the Trustee of the Scheme in relation to the Scheme winding up, please write (with details of your entitlement under the Scheme) to the Scheme administrators, Buck Consultants (Administration & Investment) Limited, at edin.admin2@buck.com or at 'Buck (Edinburgh) , PO Box 321, Mitcheldean, GL14 9BG' on behalf of Aviagen Turkeys (Pension Trustee) Limited, the Trustee of the Scheme) within two months of the date of publication of this notice.
You should provide your full name, address, date of birth, National Insurance Number and any documents supporting your entitlement to benefit under the Scheme.
