If you were or are an employee of one of the above companies and a member of one (or both) of the Schemes and think you are entitled to benefits under the Schemes, but have not been contacted in respect of these benefits, or you are a spouse, civil partner, child or dependant of a deceased member, please contact the Trustee of the Scheme in writing using the e-mail address below no later than two months from the date of publication of this notice:

After expiry of the two-month period, the Trustee will proceed to distribute the assets of the Schemes and the Trustee of the Schemes shall not be liable to any person in respect of any claim, interest or entitlement they may have in relation to the Schemes but of which the Trustee has not been notified.

If you already receive a pension from one (or both) of the Schemes, or you have received announcements from the Trustee regarding the winding-up and transfer of the Schemes' liabilities, you do not need to write to the Trustee as they already hold full details about your entitlement.
