PURSUANT TO THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925
SECTION 27 RE: JAMES GILMOUR DAWSON DECEASED NOTICE is given that all creditors and others having any claims against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the estate of James Gilmour Dawson late of 8 Dudley Street Morecambe LA4 5SL, who died on the 12th March 2023 are required to send particulars in writing to the undersigned on or before the 15th January 2024 after which date the Executor will proceed to distribute the assets among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims of which he has had notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the deceased or any part of them so distributed to any person or persons of whose claims or demands he then has not had notice.
