IN THE ESTATE OF Vera Cordingley Deceased
Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925 any person having a CLAIM or an INTEREST in the estate of Vera Cordingley late of Thorncliffe Care Home Astley Bank Darwen in the County of Lancashire who died on the 19th day of June 2023 (whose Will proved by) John Neville Cordingley the Executor(s) therein named on the 28th day of September 2023, is required to send particulars thereof in writing to Watson Ramsbottom or to the undersigned on or before the 29th day of December 2023 after which date the executor(s) will proceed to distribute the assets having regard only to valid claims then notified.
