Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925 Section 27 NOTICE IS
HEREBY GIVEN that all creditors or others having claims against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the estate of DAVID MAWBY deceased late of 2 Allt Y Coed, Gyffin, Conwy, LL32 8UE who died on 26th June 2023 are required to send particulars in writing to the undersigned Solicitors on or before the 8th December 2023 after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have had notice.
