What is happening?
(STONEBRIDGE PARK, EASTVILLE, BRISTOL)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF USE BY VEHICLES) ORDER 2023
NOTICE is hereby given that the City Council of Bristol in pursuance of the provisions of section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended have made an Order the effect of which is to close, temporarily, to vehicles that length of Stonebridge Park which extends from the common boundary line of No. 15 and No. 17 Stonebridge Park to the south westernmost boundary line of No.27 Stonebridge Park.
The Order was required because lead pipe replacement works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road and becomes operative from 3rd October 2023 for a maximum period of eighteen months. However, the closure may not be implemented for the whole of the period, but only as necessitated by the works (which are anticipated to take place between 3rd October 2023 and 5th October 2023).
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Stonebridge Park (part unaffected), Shamrock Road, Fishponds Road, Ridgeway Road, Stonebridge Park (part unaffected) and vice versa
(STAFFORD ROAD, ST. WERBURGHS, BRISTOL)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF USE BY VEHICLES) ORDER 2023
NOTICE is hereby given that the City Council of Bristol in pursuance of the provisions of section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended have made an Order the effect of which is to close, temporarily, to vehicles that length of Stafford Road which extends from James Street to Lancaster Road.
The Order was required because gas mains renewal works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road and becomes operative from 20th October 2023 for a maximum period of eighteen months. However, the closure may not be implemented for the whole of the period, but only as necessitated by the works (which are anticipated to take place between 20th October 2023 and 30th October 2023).
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: James Street, Mogg Street, Sandbed Road, Stafford Road (part unaffected) and vice versa
(DONCASTER ROAD AND GREYSTOKE AVENUE, SOUTHMEAD, BRISTOL)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF USE BY VEHICLES) ORDER 2023
NOTICE is hereby given that the City Council of Bristol in pursuance of the provisions of section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended have made an Order the effect of which is to close, temporarily, to vehicles the lengths of roads as specified in Schedule 1 to this Notice.
The Order was required because carriageway resurfacing works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the roads and becomes operative from 23rd October 2023 for a maximum period of eighteen months. However, the closures may not be implemented for the whole of the period, but only as necessitated by the works (which are anticipated to take place between the dates specified in Schedule 2 to this Notice).

NOTICE is hereby given that the City Council of Bristol in pursuance of the provisions of section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended have made an Order the effect of which is to close, temporarily, to vehicles the lengths of roads as specified in Schedule 1 to this Notice.
The Order was required because carriageway resurfacing works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the roads and becomes operative from 2nd October 2023 for a maximum period of eighteen months. However, the closures may not be implemented for the whole of the period, but only when traffic signs are in position as necessitated by the carriageway resurfacing works (which are anticipated to be of the durations specified in Schedule 2 to this Notice).
In addition, the closure of lengths of roads specified in Schedule 1 to this Notice which also provide part of an alternative route (as specified in Schedule 3 to this Notice) will be managed so as to allow the provision of the alternative routes whilst facilitating the works programme.

NOTICE is hereby given that the City Council of Bristol in pursuance of the provisions of section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended have made an Order the effect of which is to close, temporarily, to vehicles that length of St. Marks Road from Albion Road to Lawrence Avenue.
The Order was required because railway bridge maintenance works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road and becomes operative from 16th October 2023 for a maximum period of eighteen months. However, the closure may not be implemented for the whole of the period, but only as necessitated by the works (which are anticipated to take place between 8.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. daily from 16th October 2023 to 17th October 2023).
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Albion Road, High Street, Belle Vue Road, Robertson Road, Stapleton Road, St. Marks Road (part unaffected) and vice versa
(CHARLTON ROAD, ST. GEORGE, BRISTOL)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF USE BY VEHICLES)
(TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF ONE WAY TRAFFIC) ORDER 2023
NOTICE is hereby given that the City Council of Bristol in pursuance of the provisions of section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended have made an Order the effect of which is:
1. to close, temporarily, to vehicles that length of Charlton Road which extends from the common boundary line of No. 27 and No. 31 Charlton Road to the common boundary line of No. 41 and No. 43 Charlton Road; and
2. to suspend, temporarily, when appropriate signs are covered, the existing one way traffic working in a northerly direction in Charlton Road so as to give effect to the alternative route as a consequence of item 1. above.
The Order was required because water stop tap replacement works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road and becomes operative from 10th October 2023 for a maximum period of eighteen months. However, the restrictions may not be implemented for the whole of the period, but only as necessitated by the works (which are anticipated to take place between 10th October 2023 and 12th October 2023).
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Charlton Road (part unaffected), Two Mile Hill Road, New Queen Street, Charlton Road (part unaffected) and vice versa
