NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925

Pension Scheme Name: Vinci Pension Scheme

The Vinci Pension Scheme (formerly called the Norwest Holst Group Staff Pension Scheme) (“the Scheme”) commenced winding up on 1 September 2023 following the transfer of the majority of the Scheme’s assets and liabilities to the Vinci Group Pension Scheme (formerly called the Ringway Group Defined Benefi t Pension Scheme) (the “VP Group Plan”).
If you were a member of the Scheme and have not received any communications from the Trustee about the transfer of your benefits to the VP Group Plan or about the winding-up of the Scheme, you should contact the Trustee at the address given below on or before 2 November 2023 (the “Claims Deadline”). The Trustee will complete the winding up of the Scheme having regard only to claims of which it had received notice by the Claims Deadline.
Upon writing, you should include details of your current address and any benefi ts that you think you are entitled to. It would be appropriate to include a copy of any documentation that can support your claim. There is no need to contact the Trustee if you have received either a notice from the Trustee telling you your benefi ts have transferred to the VP Group Plan or notice from the Trustee telling you that the Scheme is in winding-up.
