To: Phyllis Sheppard, J.A. Sheppard and Harold Edward Sheppard, being distributees of Joyce W. Coon a/k/a Joyce Coon, if living and if dead, to the executors, administrators, distributees and assigns of Phyllis Sheppard, J.A. 
Sheppard and Harold Edward Sheppard, whose addresses are unknown and cannot, after diligent inquiry, be ascertained by petitioner herein of the Estate of Joyce W. Coon, a/k/a Joyce Coon, deceased, who at the time of her death was a resident of the Town of Olive, Ulster County, New York.
“John Doe and Mary Roe”, the names John Doe and Mary Roe being fictitious and being intended to designate any unknown heirs at law or next of kin of Joyce W. Coon a/k/a Joyce Coon deceased, if living and if dead, to the executors, administrators, distributees and assigns of “John Doe and Mary Roe”, deceased, whose names and post office addresses are unknown and cannot after diligent inquiry be ascertained by the petitioner herein; and to the distributees of Joyce W. Coon a/k/a Joyce Coon, whose names and post office addresses are unknown and cannot after diligent inquiry be ascertained by petitioner herein, being persons interested as creditors, distributees or otherwise in the Estate of Joyce W. Coon a/k/a Joyce Coon, deceased, who at the time of her death was a resident of the town of Olive, Ulster County, New York. John J. Wadlin, Esq., Guardian ad Litem o/bb Phyllis Sheppard, J.A. Sheppard, and Harold Edward Sheppard, distributees, whose whereabouts are unknown AND “John Doe and Mary Roe”, unknown distributees, 255 Fair Street, Kingston, New York 12401
A Petition having been duly filed by JOHN BALDWIN, who is domiciled at 3592 Route 28, Shokan, New York 12481 YOU ARE HEREBY CITED TO SHOW CAUSE before the Surrogate’s Court, Ulster County, at 240 Fair Street, Kingston, NY on August 30, 2023 at 10:00 in the forenoon of that day, why a decree should not be made in the estate of Joyce. W. Coon lately domiciled at 82 High Point Mountain Road, Olive NY 12494 admitting to probate a Will dated November 18, 2021 a copy of which is attached as the Will of Joyce W. Coon deceased, relating to real and personal property, and directing that: Letters Testamentary issue to
