What is happening?
A Public Notice for the purposes of Section 121 of The Charities Act 2011
Canal & River Trust acting as Trustee of The Waterways Infrastructure Trust (charity registration number 1146792-2) (the Char- ity) gives notice that the Charity proposes to grant a licence for the discharge of Surface water from the development site to Soho Loop Development Limited & Independent Water Networks Limited into the Birmingham Canal at Soho Loop.

The Trustee of the Charity has been approached with a request to grant this right over the Charity’s property.
