Antony Whitter - Section 27 (Deceased Estates)
Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 27 (Deceased Estates) of the Trustee Act 1925 - concerning the late Antony Alexander Whitter. Any persons having a claim against or an interest in the estate of the aforementioned of Flat 4 11 Bisley Rd, Tuffley, Gloucester, GL4 0EJ, who died on 01.09.20 are required to send particulars thereof in writing to David James Whitter at 84 Tuffley Lane Gloucester GL4 0DU on or before 10.10.23. After which date the Estate will be distributed among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to claims and interests of which the executors have had notice and will not, as respects the property so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim they shall not then have had notice.
