NOTICE TO MISSING FREEHOLDER/ LANDLORD
Notice is hereby given to Mr William Baker formerly of Canon’s Marsh, Bristol and of Brislington, Bristol, Somerset and further to being determined of unsound mind by Inquisition in and around the year 1881 was at that time acting by John Alfred Baker, Bristol the duly appointed committee of the estate of Mr William Baker. Mr William Baker is the last known freeholder of the property known as 60 North Road, St. Andrews, Bristol BS6 5AF (“the Property”) and is given notice of the intention of the current leasehold owner of the Property (Adam Stuart Watson) to apply to the County Court for an acquisition or vesting order, so that he may invoke his right as leaseholder to acquire the freehold.
