What is happening?
PURSUANT TO THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925 Any person having a Claim against or an interest in the Estate of Joyce Edith Stevens late of Oaklands, 6 Brick Meadow, Bishops Castle, Shropshire SY9 5DH who died on 27th April 2023, is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his or her Claim or interest to the undersigned, the Solicitors for the Executors, on or before 14th August 2023 after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the said Deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto, having regard only to the Claims and interests of which they shall then have had notice.
