TRUSTEE ACT NOTICE THE ESTATE OF THE LATE GWILYM DAVID EVANS otherwise WILLIAM DAVID EVANS PURSUANT to the Trustees Act 1925 Section 27
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all creditors and others having any claims against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the estate of late Gwilym David Evans otherwise William David Evans Deceased late of Heddfan, Newborough, Llanfairpwllgwyngyll, Anglesey, LL61 6TN who died on the30th day of January 2022 and whose Will was proved in the Probate Registry of Wales on the 12th March 2023 by Tudur Evans,Gwawr Evans and Rhys Evans as the Personal Representativesnamed in it (the Personal Representatives)
Are required to send particulars in writing to the undersigned Solicitors whose address is Pritchard Jones Lane LLP, 37 Castle Square, Caernarfon, in the County of Gwynedd, LL55 2NP on or before the 9th June 2023after which date the Personal Representatives will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims of which they have had notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the deceased or any part of them distributed to any person or persons of whose claims or demands have not had notice.
