What is happening?
NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925
Tayto Group Limited Pension Scheme (formerly known as The Red Mill Snack Foods Pension Scheme) (the “Scheme”)
The Scheme was established in 1994 to provide pension and related benefi ts for and in respect of employees of a number of companies including:

- Red Mill Snack Foods Limited (Company No. 01077261)
- Manderley Food Group Limited (Company No. 06516746)
- Mullahead Property Company Limited (Company No. 05695111)
- Tayto Group (Manufacturing) Limited (Company No. 06634912)
- Golden Wonder Limited (Company No. 06205119)
- GW Trading Limited (Company No. 05695113)
- Sirhowy Valley Food Limited (Company No. 03760435)
- Real Crisps Limited (Company No. 06316855)
- Manderley Properties Limited (Company No. NI069742)
- CTO Holdings Limited (Company No. NI044636)
- Tayto (N.I) Limited (Company No. NI003670)
- Manderley Properties Sponsorship Limited (Company No. NI069744)
- BDG Group Limited (Company No. NI014086)

The Scheme has closed to new members, all members have been transferred toanother arrangement and the Scheme will soon complete formal wind up.
Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that the Trustees of the Scheme intend to wind up the Scheme. If you were an employee of one of the above companies and a member of the Scheme, and think you are still entitled to benefi ts under the Scheme or you are a widow, widower, child or dependant of such an employee and, in either case, have not received correspondence about your benefi ts since 2019, please contact the Trustees, by writing to the Trustees of the Tayto Group Limited Pension Scheme,c/o Christina Press, Clarendon House, 23 Clarendon Road, Belfast, BT1 3BG. You should include details of your current address and of any benefi ts you think you are entitled to and write not later than 19 May 2023.
All known benefi ts have been transferred out of the Scheme and it is the Trustees’ intention to complete a wind-up of the Scheme as soon as possible. If you do not write to the Trustees by 19 May 2023 the Trustees will conclude the wind up of the Scheme having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have had notice and shall not be liable to any other person.
If you have received a communication regarding the Scheme since 2019 you do not need to write to the Trustees as they already have full details about your entitlements.Issued on behalf of the Trustees of the Tayto Group Limited Pension Scheme
