What is happening?
Pursuant to the Trustees Act 1925 any persons having a claim against or an interest in the estate of the aforementioned deceased, late of Bourne View Care Home, 47 Bristol Road, South Bourneville, B31 2FR (previously of 25 Silia Meadow, Slough Road, Presteigne, LD8 2NY) died on the 6th November 2022 are required to send particulars thereof in writing to the undersigned solicitors within two months of this advertisement after which the estate will be distributed having regard only to the claims and interest of which they have had notice.
