Any person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of Dorothy Margaret Bairstow deceased of 24 Westcliffe Drive, Morecambe, LA3 3NP who died on the 29th July 2022 is required to send particulars thereof to the under-named Solicitors no later than two calendar months from the date of publication of this notice after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the estate having regard only to valid claims and interests of which they have had notice, and will not, as respects the property so
distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim they shall not have had notice.
