The following Proposals are the subject of an application submitted to the Council.

26/02653/FP - Killogs Roe Green, Sandon, Buntingford, Hertfordshire, SG9 0QF - Installation of ground solar panels.

26/02647/FPH -11 Glebe Road, Letchworth Garden City, Hertfordshire, SG6 1DS - Single story rear infill extension and alterations to fenestration following demolition of existing side shed. Insertion of rear door to detached garage to facilitate partial conversion of garage into habitable accommodation and installation of access steps. Hard landscaping works to front and rear garden.

26/02590/FP - Lodge Cottage, Ashwell Road, Newnham, Baldock, Hertfordshire, SG7 5JX - One detached dwelling and detached double garage.

Proposal Affecting A Listed Building Or A Building Of Special Architectural Or Historic Interest
26/02484/LBC - 1 High Street, Kimpton, Hitchin Hertfordshire SG4 8RA - Replace 5 no. single-glazed leaded light windows to front elevation with timber, double-glazed, casement windows.

26/02333/LBC- Brainkind Neurological Care Centre, Stagenhoe Park, St Pauls Walden, Hitchin, Hertfordshire, SG4 8BZ - Repairs to the main building’s roof structure including re-roofing in natural slate; renewal of defective leadwork and flat-roof coverings; repairs to chimneys, parapets, rainwater goods, render, masonry and decorative features; repair and selective replacement of balustrade components; repair and selective replacement and redecoration of timber windows and external doors; replacement of two fixed roof-access ladders and repairs to existing external steel staircases; and associated reinstatement of lightning protection and affected services. Repairs and redecoration of timber windows and external doors to Codicote Wing, together with repairs to render, supporting substrates and decorative details, and redecoration of the affected elevations.

Any person who wishes to make representations about the Proposal should submit them in writing to this office by no later than 23 days from the date of this notice. For house holder’s applications, in the event of an appeal against refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
