Proposed development at Milestones, London Road, Budletts Common, Uckfield, TN22 2EB. I give notice that Mr Martin Howe, is applying to Wealden District Council for planning permission for the variation of conditions 2, 3 and 7 of WD/2025/1177/F (erection of 1 no. detached self-build dwelling house) to enable amendments to the design, appearance, internal layout and detailed form of the dwelling together with the associated site layout. The development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
Members of the public may inspect copies of the applications and associated documents at the Council Offices, Vicarage Lane, Hailsham, BN27 2AX between the hours of 8.30am and 5.00pm, or visit our website https:\\planning.wealden.gov.uk.
Any representations should be made in writing to the Head of Planning and Environmental Services quoting the application reference number no later than 27 November 2026.
