Proposed development on land at Snowdon Street (Easting 257087, Northing 338983) and the the existing sluice gates at Cob Crwn (Easting 257248, Northing 338541).
I give notice that National Grid Electricity Transmission Limited is applying to Cyngor Gwynedd for full planning permission for the installation of two temporary pumping stations and ancillary development on land adjacent to Llyn Bach, and discharge of Condition 8 of Planning Permission Ref. C25/0946/44/EIA.
Any owner* of the land who wishes to make representations about this application should contact the Local Planning Authority at Planning Services, Cyngor Gwynedd, Council Offices, Ffordd y Cob, Pwllheli, Gwynedd, LL53 5AA by 11 December 2026
*"Owner" means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest with at least 7 years unexpired.
