26/1461/HSE/AMTC: 6 Frowyke Crescent, South Mimms, Potters Bar, EN6 3PQ. Conversion of loft to habitable space including rear dormer, 1x roof light, and 1x side window. Infill side extension and erection of front porch. Reason: Conservation Area.

26/1511/HSE/TW: 1A Fairacres Close, Potters Bar, EN6 2LT. Construction of single storey rear extension, front porch extension and conversion of loft to habitable space to include rear dormer and 1x front rooflight. Reason: Conservation Area.

Plans may be inspected by visiting our website at www.hertsmere.gov.uk/planning, at the Civic Offices, Elstree Way, Borehamwood (during normal office hours). Comments in writing, quoting the appropriate reference, to the Head of Planning at the Borehamwood offices within 21 days from the publication of this notice or 30 days if relating to an application accompanied by an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA).

Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices.

Please note should this application result in an appeal deemed suitable for the Part 1 Written Representation procedure, this may be the only opportunity for you to submit your representation.
