Application Number: 26/1967/VAR
Application to vary condition 2 (approved plans) on application 23/0047/FUL (Construction of 5 bungalows with associated access, parking and landscaping and demolition of existing stable building) to reflect changes to the elevations and site layout plan.
The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
