LBC – Rhif cais 28/2026/0460 – Garn, Henllan, Dinbych - Diwygiadau i'r gwaith a gymeradwywyd yn flaenorol o dan Ganiatâd Adeilad Rhestredig Rhif 28/2025/0166 a roddwyd ar 14 Awst 2025 (cais Adeilad Rhestredig).

The Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990
The Town & Country Planning Act 1990
The Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) Order 2012
We have received the following applications under the Planning Acts mentioned above.
MD – Application No. 02/2026/0443 – Land adjacent Maes Hafod and Llys Famau, Llys Famau, Ruthin – Erection of 68 no. dwellings (58 no. affordable) and associated works.
LBC – Application No. 28/2026/0460 – Garn, Henllan, Denbigh - Amendments to the works previously approved under Listed Building Consent No. 28/2025/0166 granted on 14 August 2025 (Listed Building application).
You may inspect the above applications and all plans and documents submitted with them from 4 November 2026 until 25 November 2026 on our website: www.denbighshire.gov.uk/planning.
