The application is available for inspection online at the Council’s website www.spelthorne.gov.uk. Any written representations to be made to me within 21 days from the publication of this notice. Installation of underground and ground mounted structures to support electrical connection and communication cables with temporary construction compounds, and associated infrastructure and works. This constitutes a Major application.
