For planning permission to: Outline application for the erection of up to 41 dwellings with all matters reserved except for access.
Local Planning Authority to Whom the application is being submitted: Ashfield District Council, Development Advice a & control, Urban Road, Nottingham, NG17 8DA by 12/12/2026.
Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about his application, should write to the council within 21 days of this notice

'Tenant' means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
