BESTHORPE Mayfield Farmhouse, Silver Street, NR17 2LE – Proposed internal alterations comprising the removal of the kitchen partition wall and the infilling of the first-floor glazed wall panel between the snug and hall with a new partition wall. Installation of a wood burning appliance with a flue liner within the existing sitting-room fireplace. Reinstallation of a wood burning appliance in the drawing room, including the installation of a flue and construction of a false chimney breast, together with the removal and infilling of the existing rear facing window opening.
