NOTICE is hereby given that Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council intends to appropriate for planning purposes land having a total area of approximately 1.78 hectares at Hallmeadow Road, Balsall Common, Coventry, West Midlands which consists or forms part of an open space. The proposed appropriation will take effect on the date immediately following the grant of planning permission for the development of the land.
A plan showing the area of land to which this Notice relates may be inspected free of charge at www.solihull.gov.uk and at the following locations:-
Objections to the intended disposal must be made in writing and addressed to Legal Services (ref. SM/107788), Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council, The Council House, Manor Square, Solihull, West Midlands, B91 3QB or alternatively by e-mail: objections@solihull.gov.uk by no later than 12 noon on 16th November 2026.
