They can be seen, together with the plans, Online at: www.wandsworth.gov.uk/search-planning-applications, at: The Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, London, SW18 2PU; and online at all Borough Libraries. Enquiries can only be dealt with at The Town Hall. Any representations relating to the application(s) can be submitted online, this is the preferred option, however if you wish to email your views, please ensure you quote the application number, supply a postal address and send your correspondence to: wandsworthplanningapplications@richmondandwandsworth.gov.uk, by 26 November 2026. Please note that documents submitted for consideration in respect of planning applications (e.g. documents submitted as part of an application and representations relating to an application) are made available for inspection by the public on the Council's web site. Application under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 for variations to Conditions 3 (Reserved Matters), 5 (Design Codes), 6 (Design Codes Landscaping Details), 7 (Parameter Plans), 8 (Land Uses), 11 (Maximum Floorspace Area in outline element for each Phase or Development Zone), 14 (Residential Mix), 18 (Phasing Plan), 20 (Car Parking), 35 (Sustainability and Energy) and 61 (Approved Drawings) of outline planning permission dated 28th February 2022 (ref. 2021/0414) for: "the restoration, extension, alterations and conversion of the Power Station building to provide retail, residential flats, business, cultural, hotel and conference facilities, event space and incidental accommodation; the demolition of other buildings and development of the land surrounding the Power Station and adjacent/nearby sites to provide retail, restaurants bars and cafes, offices, hotel, residential, community and cultural space, assembly and leisure space, serviced apartments, an energy centre and basement plant; parking for cars, coaches, motorcycles and bicycles; new access and internal road system and servicing; ‘off-site’ highway works; works to the jetty and riverwall to facilitate river transport and fuel delivery; provision of open space and landscaping." (The application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement).
