The following applications have been received by the Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts:
A/26/101401/MAJOR All Saints Catholic Primary School Hazel Grove Golborne Warrington. Erection of 2.4 metre high security fencing, gates and vehicular gate and extension to existing path following removal of existing gates and fencing.
The Council has received the following planning application which is located within a Conservation Area: Golborne Town Centre
A/26/101513/FULL Golborne Congregational School Corner Of Tanners Lane High Street Golborne. Change of use from General Industrial (Use Class B2) to 4 no. Commercial, Business and Service units (all Use Class E) together with new door and window openings. A planning application has been made to Wigan Council for the above proposal, which the Council considers would affect the character or appearance of the Conservation Area.
