Notice is hereby given that Kellen Homes Limited, Grasscroft Homes and Property Limited, Annice Douglas and Mathew Halliwell have submitted additional environmental information to Oldham Council, Planning Department, Spindles Shopping Centre, Oldham, OL1 1LA, in connection with their application for planning permission for:
“Residential development with associated access, parking, amenity space, landscaping and infrastructure.”
at land south of Bullcote Lane, Royton, Oldham.
The planning application was made on 26 January 2026.
An Environmental Statement was previously submitted in support of the planning application. Additional environmental information has now been submitted in accordance with Regulation 25 of the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017 (as amended).
Inspection of the Environmental Statement and Additional Information
The additional environmental information, together with the Environmental Statement, planning application, accompanying plans and other application documents, is available to view on Oldham Council’s online planning register:

Copies of these documents may also be inspected by members of the public during normal opening hours (Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:00) at:

The documents will be available online and for inspection at the above address until at least 1st December 2026.

Any person wishing to make representations about the planning application and Environmental Statement/additional information should make them in writing no later than 1st December 2026, quoting planning application reference FUL/355603/26.
