Notice is hereby given that Nexus Planning (on behalf of the applicant Berkeley Homes (Southern) Limited) Limited ) is applying to Guildford Borough Council for planning permission for:
Outline application (with all matters reserved except for points of access to the highway) for residential development (Use Class C3), a nursery (Use Class E(f)), together with landscaping and associated works (following demolition of existing structures). and that the application is accompanied by an environmental statement.
The proposed development to which the application relates is a major development
