Take notice that an application has been made to the Council for planning permission to Application under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) to vary Condition 2 (approved drawings) to increase the height of Building A in relation to planning permission 21/P/02232 dated 29/04/2023
(Demolition of existing building and erection of two buildings comprising residential accommodation (Use Class C3), flexible retail floorspace (Use Class E) and cinema (Sui Generis), together with car and cycle parking, plant and all highways, landscaping and other associated works.). This application is accompanied by an environmental statement.
Members of the public may inspect copies of:

• and all other documents submitted with the application online at https://publicaccess.guildford.gov.uk/onlineapplications//or at Millmead House between 8.30am and 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and between 8.30am and 4.30pm on Fridays.
Members of the public may obtain copies of the environmental statement from Trium Environmental Consulting LLP, 4 Cavendish Square, London, W1G 0PG at a charge of £1,000.00.
