NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bolsover District Council has received details of the following proposal:
Application No: 26/00391/FUL
Proposal: Change of use of ground-floor commercial unit (Class E) to 1 no. residential flat (Class C3), with associated external alterations including removal of metal fascia sign, restoration of historic timber entablature, street-facing window replacement, side door masonry infill, creation of a new outbuilding door for an enclosed bin store, and installation of a chimney-mounted kitchen extract fan.
