Erection of 1 bungalow and associated parking Rectory Cottages 55 Stourport Road Great Witley
Town and Country Planning (Consultation) England Direction 2009.
Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) Order 2015 - Article 15.
The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
