Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been received:
Affecting a Listed Building, Application: 3/39/26/010: Formation of an off-street parking area and associated vehicular access, and widening of existing dropped kerb at The Little House, 23 Long Street, Williton, Taunton, TA4 4QN.
Affecting a Conservation Area, Application: 3/16/26/005: Removal of section of stone wall and shed to create a widened vehicular access for existing and additional parking within the curtilage, plus re-use of stone to construct a pier at the end of the shortened wall at The Glen, Back Lane, Holford, Nether Stowey, Bridgwater, TA5 1RY.
Application: 3/21/26/058: Erection of single storey side extension and dormer window at The Patch, Pemswell Road, Minehead, TA24 5RS.
The applications can be viewed online www.somerset.gov.uk/planning-west or at Council Offices & libraries. Comments must be submitted in writing either online, by email planningwest@somerset.gov.uk or posted to Somerset Planning West, County Hall, Taunton TA1 4DY within 21 days (quote the application number). Please include your name, postal & email address for your comments to be recorded. Responses will be made available for public inspection.
