2026/0989/FULL Lords Close Folly Lane Hartwell. Remove existing flat roof porch. Front extension to include  a porch & study/bedroom.  

2026/2674/HH & 2026/2675/LBC 27 High Street Pitsford. Planning & Listed Building Consent applications for Installation of external flue (retrospective).  

2026/2976/LBC 5 Spencer Parade Northampton. Listed Building Consent to comprise a works program of repair & refurbishment. External works include re-roofing with retained existing slates & replacement of damaged slates with matching Welsh slate, repairs to chimneys, replacement & repair of leadwork & render repairs to match the existing composition & finish. Vegetation will be removed from parapets & copings, & masonry will be repaired & repointed with materials to match the existing.
