Notice Is Hereby Given that the District Council has received applications for planning permission, Listed Building Consent, a Departure, Major Development, Significant Development, or which may affect a Public Right of Way as the case may be for developments as briefly described in the following schedule.
MO/2026/01527: BOOKHAM RAILWAY STATION CHURCH ROAD GREAT BOOKHAM KT23 3JG: Refurbishment of the waiting room at Platform 2, including alteration of the existing entrance door to a power-assisted door system to improve accessibility; installation of an illuminated projecting cube sign above the entrance; internal alterations comprising wainscot panelling, dado rail and torus-profile skirting, bench seating, a standing workstation with mobile device charging facilities, and an overhead customer information screen; installation of new oak-effect vinyl flooring; and display of local artwork and station heritage information.
MO/2026/01528: 32 CHURCH ROAD LEATHERHEAD KT22 8BD: Replacement of 3 No. existing windows with uPVC vertical sliding sash windows to the front and rear, replacement of porch window with a fixed-pane window and replacement of the existing front door; replacement of the existing roof covering with man-made slate tiles; installation of 8 No. photovoltaic solar panels on the rear pitched roof and rear flat roof; and installation of an air source heat pump within the rear garden.
