I GIVE NOTICE THAT the following application is being made to the Council of the Borough of North Tyneside:

Fourstone Property Group Limited is applying for planning permission for Conversion of existing public house to 3no cluster flats, 3 no studio flats and 4 one bed flats. Removal of extension in the rear yard and construction of 2 storey extension to match existing building along with general building amendments. The application is being advertised as it involves major development.
The submitted plans and associated documents are available to view on the Council’s Planning website at www.northtyneside.gov.uk. If you wish to make representations about the application you should do so in writing within 21 days(excluding bank holidays) of the publication of this notice to the Planning Service at the same address shown at the end of this notice.
