AT: Manor House Cottage Twiston Lane Twiston BB7 4DD FOR: Proposed change of use from holiday accommodation to unrestricted residential dwelling. Application number: 3/2026/0748
AT: 35 King Street Whalley BB7 9SP FOR: Listed Building Consent for proposed partial demolition and rebuilding of the rear boundary wall between 35 and 33 King Street. Application number: 3/2026/0706

Representations on the above application/s should be made in writing within 21 days from the date of this Notice as, after this date, the Council is entitled to make a decision. Any representations received will be available for inspection by members of the public on the website and in the Planning Department, and will be sent to the Secretary of State in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission.
