Proposed Development At: 29 Station Road, Sidcup, Kent.

I give notice that application is being made by Mr D Smith to THE LONDON BOROUGH OF BEXLEY COUNCIL.

Planning Permission for:-
Application under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to vary condition 14 (Student Accommodation) of planning permission Ref: 23/00669/FUL for the 'Application under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to vary condition 10 (Cycle storage) to decrease the number of cycle spaces of planning permission Ref: 16/02617/FUL for the erection of a two storey building to create student accommodation comprising 18 studios flats, with provision of two parking spaces, associated amenity space, landscaping and ancillary works'.
