NOTICE OF APPLICATIONS FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
Notice is hereby given that the Council has received the following applications which need to be advertised for the reasons set out below:
L0007.26, 41 Heath Drive Romford, Listed building consent for removal of the later non-load-bearing en suite enclosure, door, sanitary fittings, associated redundant services and fitted MDF cupboard from the first-floor rear bedroom. Removal of the external plastic soil-stack insert and en suite branch; reuse of the existing cast-iron soil stack at the specified vent height; straightening of the retained rainwater pipe; and making good of the redundant wall entry with matching masonry and lime-based harling. Limited like-for-like repairs to retained historic fabric, including local timber-lath and lime-plaster ceiling repairs, reinstatement of missing matching quadrant, redecoration and replacement carpet.
The development is in a Conservation Area.
The development relates to a Listed Building.
P1148.26, Verve Apartments 5 Mercury Gardens Romford Havering, Variation of condition No.1 & 2 of planning permission ref: P1591.20 dated 26/09/2024 to amend the wording of the relevant conditions (The retention of 22 self contained apartments.)
This is a major development because the number of dwellings to be provided are 10 or more.
