Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been made to Chesterfield Borough Council.
CHE/26/00847/FUL & CHE/26/00846/ADV – External alterations to the shopfront & 1 no. new fascia sign & 1 no. projecting sign at 2-4 Vicar Lane, S40 1PY. Reason: Conservation areas
CHE/26/00928/LBC – Intallation of a replacement radon mitigation system at Pomegranate Theatre, Corporation Street, S41 7TX. Reason: Listed Building Consent.
CHE/26/00796/FUL - Proposed cabin building to create additional child places with associated fencing/gating at Dryhurst House, Sycamore Drive, S44 5BL. Reason: Setting of a listed building.
