Town and Country Planning Act 1990, The Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990: The following applications have been received for in which an Environmental Statement has been submitted.
Details of the applications, including the Environmental Statement, may be inspected online at www.runnymede.gov.uk Any representations must be done by going through the planning search on the Council website and pressing "make a comment" within 30 days of this notice.
The Environmental Statements are available for public viewing at: Runnymede Borough Council, Civic Centre, Station Road, Addlestone, KT15 2AH.
Electronic copies of the Environmental Statement for applications RU.26/1347 and RU.26/1356 can be made available. Requests can be made to: Environmental Planning Team Stantec UK Limited (the agent for the planning application) by email to: Reading.Support@stantec.com or by post to: Stantec, The Blade, Abbey Square, Reading, United Kingdom, RG1 3BE or by phone to +44 118 943 0000. Copies of the Environmental Statement can be printed, by request at a cost of £1750.
RU.26/1347 Land north of Murray Road and Spinney Hill, Ottershaw, Northern Application Site Hybrid planning application comprising: (a) full planning application for the change of use of undeveloped land not in agricultural use to Suitable Alternative Natural Greenspace (SANG); provision of pedestrian and cycle routes; a children's play area; two playing pitches; an ancillary car park; pedestrian and vehicular access from Guildford Road; and (b) Outline planning application for an ancillary sports pavilion (Use Class F2).
RU.26/1356 Land north of Murray Road and Spinney Hill, Ottershaw, Southern Application Site Phased Hybrid planning application comprising: (a) full planning application for the demolition of existing buildings, construction of a residential development (Use Class C3) including affordable housing, the erection of a Use Class E building, informal and formal open space, footpaths, cycleways and internal roads, landscaping, planting and drainage infrastructure. Creation of vehicular and pedestrian accesses into the site from Murray Road and vehicular access and pedestrian access from Spinney Hill; ancillary structures including a foul water pumping station; ground works; associated infrastructure; and
(b) Outline planning application for up to 265 residential dwellings served by a vehicular and pedestrian access from Murray Road; the provision of a GP Surgery of up to 650 sqm (Use Class E) with associated car parking; landscaping and infrastructure.
